Learn how to make hot chili oil. Made fresh from my garden. Hot pepper, cherry looking, not sure what kind of pepper these are but I found out... they are freaking hot! Chinese restaurants serve them as hot chili oil sauce. I made a step by step instructions and hope you will try to make it too. Great for any dishes as condiment, sauce or the wings.
Warning!! Eat with cautions. Do not rub your eyes after touching them...No, no, no.

| Heat 1/2 cup of olive or canola oil |

| Heat the pan, fry some garlic and add green onions. The green onios are optional |

| Pour in clean jar and seal tight. Write the date on the lid. I use mine within three weeks.You can chop the pepper finer than what I had. |
